In order for your steak to taste as authentic as possible, we don't use just any cut of meat. We therefore prepare the particularly delicious meat from the Angus and Hereford cattle breeds. The cattle are raised on selected farms in the best fields of the Argentine pampas and live outdoors, completely free of hormones and growth promoters. A 100% natural product is born that combines the traditions and the latest technological advances in livestock farming. You can actually taste this special breeding.

Good taste is our passion. We therefore also serve authentic Argentine wines, mainly from the Mendoza region, with our dishes. For this purpose, we, establish direct contact with the winegrowers. We have mostly opted for small family wineries that produce delicious wines and complement our dishes optimally in terms of taste and quality.
